Welcome to Outcry Youth Ministry's website! And thanks for caring enough about your kids to check out what they’re into! Please feel free to browse around our web site. And always know that you are welcome to come to anything we do, whether it’s Sunday morning youth group, a Sunday night study, or any of our fun events. The Vision

We have a vision to see youth:

  • Who are transformed by the presence and power of God
  • Who take charge of their own relationship with Jesus and walk out that relationship passionately
  • Who lives sold out lives with no compromise
  • Who minister in the power of the Holy Spirit to their friends, neighbors, and people on the street
  • Who are released in their calling and destiny today
  • Who are empowered to move in their gifting and participate in the church as full members of the body
  • Who impact the world around them in a powerful way and advance the kingdom outside the walls
  • Who help launch the church, their schools and their community into revival
  • Who don’t see church and Christianity as something that is boring and mundane, but something that is exciting, life giving, and worth pursuing and sharing with others
Outcry Student Leadership Team

We have developed a group of student leaders who help make our meetings and events happen. You have the opportunity to serve, grow in your abilities, and minister in various contexts

This student leadership team is open to whoever would like to join. There are two times to join, fall and early spring.

The Strategy

To accomplish our vision we must:

  • Give our youth a solid Biblical foundation and help them grow in their walk with the Lord
  • Help to identify and develop the spiritual gifts in our youth, and train them to walk in their gifts
  • Train them to hear God's voice and minister in the power of the Holy Spirit  
  • Give them opportunities to minister to, teach and train each other, the children younger then them, and the church body at large
  • Raise up leaders who walk what they talk and are living sold out lives to Jesus themselves

We do this through:

  • Sunday morning youth group
  • Small groups/conferences/retreats
  • Our student leadership team
  • Friday Intercessory Prayer
  • Outreaches to our community and school

Our Values

Intimacy with God Intimacy has to be the core of everything we do. If it isn't based out of intimacy it becomes religion and works.
Relationship
We need to be in relationship with each other. God never intended us to walk alone. We value and build relationships in our meetings and socials.
Passion
We passionately pursue God and heaven coming to earth.
Excellence We give our first and best to God.
